Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
On request, from the dashboard, once your balance qualifies: PayPal or bank transfer, within 15 days of a complete request. The cost of the payment channel is yours and is shown before you confirm. A commission not paid out within 12 months of being credited expires.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes: €50, $50, or R$200 in the same currency, and at least 2 distinct paying customers you referred. Below the minimum, your balance carries over.
How are customers attributed to me?
Anyone who opens your link gets a 45-day cookie if they accept marketing cookies; a sign-up made during the same visit is credited to you either way. Attribution is first-touch: if a visitor opened several affiliates' links, the first one counts.
How long do I earn on a customer?
On the first payment and on every renewal for 24 months from your first commission on that customer, whatever product they buy.
What is not allowed?
Referring yourself or accounts you control, offering cash or incentives to sign up, paid ads on the NinjaBet brand, domains or profiles that imitate NinjaBet, spam or promises of earnings, and posting discount codes on coupon sites. The full list is in article 8 of the affiliate terms.
Do I need a website or a special account?
No. A regular NinjaBet account is all it takes: you join from the affiliate dashboard and can promote anywhere, even without a website.
